We at Iselle Boutique include flexible shipping options to meet your needs.
- Shipping Locations: We ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. If you are located outside these areas, please contact us to check shipping availability for your location.
- Shipping Costs: Orders under $100: Shipping costs are $6.50. Orders over $100: Enjoy free shipping. This is a great opportunity to maximize your purchases while saving on shipping fees.
- Order Processing: We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not process orders on Saturday, Sundays, or during holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Generally, orders within Puerto Rico and the U.S. take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive. For pre-orders (PRE-Order), processing may take between 1 to 4 weeks, depending on product availability.
- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. If you are outside of the U.S. or Puerto Rico and would like to place an order, please contact us to explore custom shipping options.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with an item, we offer return and exchange options under the following conditions:
- Return Time Frame: We accept product returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, please contact us.
- Item Conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with the original tags attached. Items that are damaged or do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Exchanges and Store Credit: We only offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. We do not issue cash refunds. If you prefer store credit, we will issue credit valid for 12 months, which can be used toward future purchases on our online store.
- Return Policy Exclusions: We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following products: Items on SALE or promotional items. Products purchased with discount codes. Jewelry and swimwear, due to their nature, are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Return Process:To start a return, contact us with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed. The shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
- Return Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our policy criteria. We will notify you if the return is approved, and if so, we will issue the store credit or process the exchange within 7 business days.
